Missing a desert registration form? Click the buttons below to download the needed forms. Forms are due back at the Desert Camper Meeting on Saturday, March 7th at 7PM, at Camp Eucalyptus in El Segundo .

Print this out! This is the required doctor's exam form. All girls need to have a medical exam AFTER April 9, 2019 in order to attend the desert encampment. Sorry, no exceptions!
