Registration opens for 6th through 12th graders on February 25, 2022. Registration opens for 5th graders on March 7, 2022. Envelopes will be opened in the order received beginning on 2/25. Registration closes on March 25th unless event capacity is reached first (150 campers).
Please carefully follow the directions in the Registration Information sheet ... print out the following files, fill them out, and return them to the address in the Registration Information sheet along with your payment to MPE. Make sure to follow the registration information instructions and go online to the Girl Scouts LA website and fill out the in-person risk waiver!

To register for this event, you must submit a COMPLETE application. Please make sure you have included:
- Girl Registration Form (complete - with parent signatures - and please don't leave things blank!)
- Girl Medical Form (complete - no blanks - make sure signatures are on both sections requiring them!)
- Girl Participation Form (complete)
- Assumption of Risk Wavier (please fill out - initial - and sign and date - where indicated)
- Payment for event - check made out to MPE

Does my application need to be postmarked on February 25th or March 7th?
Not exactly!
We are planning to "fill spots" on February 25th among completed applications we have received from girls in the 6th through 12th grade. We will open envelopes on that date, in order, by postmark dates. We will continue to register 6th through 12th graders until we reach our event capacity. On March 7th, if we still have event capacity, we will register 5th graders (along with 6th through 12th graders received on/after that date) until the event is at capacity. We do not know how many campers plan to attend so we cannot tell you when to mail your completed registration packet. We will post, on 2/25 and forward, how many spots are still open for the event. Event registration closes on March 25th so we can acquire needed materials, etc. for this event. There are no day-of-event registrations.
What if I submit an incomplete application, just to hold a spot?
We're sorry, but we cannot "hold a spot" with an incomplete application. It's a good idea to download and read the Registration Information flyer to make sure you submit the 5 needed things: the Girl Registration Form. the Girl Medical Form (both sides, please!), the Girl Participation Form, the online GSGLA Covid Risk form (link in the Info flyer), and payment for the event. We will contact you to let you know that your application is incomplete, but you'll need to submit those 5 things before you can be registered.
